
As we
wrote a couple of days ago, today the official stable version of Ubuntu 9.04 Jaunty Jackalope was released.
The new system brings a lot of new features. The most important changes are: GNOME 2.26, support for the ext4 file system, new styles and notifications settings.
The new GNOME has a function for fonts optimization depending on the current monitor settings (e.g. current screen resolution). Kubuntu is based on the latest KDE 4.2.2.
