The new version 6.2 of TrueCrypt has been released. TrueCrypt is a very good, free and platform-independent program for data encryption.
One of the most important new features is the read-ahead buffer that is especially important while reading from SSD drives. The reading form the encrypted disc can now be up to 50% faster under Windows operating system.
We guess that each of us had a problem with a protected RAR archive because of missing password. In such situations the only possibility is to use a special program that can recover the lost password from an encrypted file.
