mandrivaThe final version of Mandriva 2010 has been released. The new version is equipped with KDE 4.3.2, GNOME 2.28 and Xfce 4.6.1, X.org 1.6.3 and kernel 2.6.31.2. Besides this, the guest account is enabled by default and hardware support has been improved.

The next test version of Mandriva Linux 2009.1 has been released.

The most important changes are updated versions of desktop environments GNOME (2.25.4), KDE (4.2 RC 1) and Xfce (4.6 Beta 3), the new kernel (2.6.28), and improved disk labels management in Diskdrake. The new security system msec has now only two levels of security available. This version still may not support Linux driver for ATI graphics cards (fglrx), there are also problems with the SiS 670 and 671 cards.
