Goolge launches Caffeine engine
According to latest reports, several Google servers are already using the latest searching engine Caffeine. Google has been working on the new search engine for almost a year. The engine tests were finished in November 2009 and the engine could have been implemented in December 2009.
So, why is Caffeine being implemented in January this year? The reason is related to marketing. Google could have turn the engine on in December, but probably did not want to stress website owners at Christmas time.
Caffeine is to speed up operation of the Google search engine, and also returns more accurate search results.
