Where is Santa Claus?

Can we find someone who does not want to get a present form Santa Claus. Waiting for presents, we can track his current location so that we do not miss his arrival in our neighborhood.
As usually, on Christmas Eve NORAD (North American Aerospace Defense Command) is tracking the Santa Claus' way on the sky.
