New EarthDesk for Mac OS X

Xeric Design announced the release of a new version of EarthDesk for Macintosh computers. Application number 5.1, has improved performance, uses less system resources and provides a lot of interesting new features.

EarthDesk is a program turning the static desktop background into a realistic picture of the Earth. With this application on your Desktop, you can watch the actual position of the sun, moon, city lights, hurricanes, storms and find out what the weather is like in any place. One of the most interesting features is the so-called Real-time clouds showing clouds in real time.
