recaptchaGoogle has purchased one of the world's most popular services offering CAPTCHA tests.
Anti-spam security, consisting in typing the content of the image is probably already known to all Internet users. One of the most popular services of this type is reCAPTCHA, developed by Carnegie Mellon University.

reCAPTCHA not only helps owners of websites to protect their sites from spam, but also helps to transform old prints to the digital version. Google has a number of books that were scanned in recent years. Taking over the project, Google will not only be protected against robots, but also the collection of books and magazines available in the Google Books and Google News Archive Search will easily be extended.
