Mozilla has released twelve security bulletins. Vulnerabilities described in the bulletins are already fixed in the new versions of Firefox 3.0.4 and 2.0.0.18 as well as Thunderbird mail client. New SeaMonkey version has also been released.

The first of the critical bulletins, MFSA 2008-49 is related to the dynamic flash memory management. Another describes a problem with the __proto__ property (MFSA 2008-50). MFSA 2008-52 has been devoted to the memory-corruption bug, MFSA 2008-53 relates to the possibility of the use of JavaScript in the context of another site by using the "Restore the previous session" and MFSA 2008-54 fixes a buffer overflow problem caused by the analysis of one of the MIME types.
