Mac OS X Snow Leopard is ready

The latest version of Apple's operating system – Mac OS X Snow Leopard (Mac OS X 10.6) – has achieved the status of Golden Master. Although it means that the system is now ready for release, the manufacturer still has not revealed when the new OS will appear on the market.

For several weeks Mac OS X Snow Leopard can be purchased online at Amazon. Users interested in buying the system are informed that the official date of the release has not been announced yet, but it is known that the product will be released in September. Apple does not intend to postpone the date of the premiere of the system. It seems that Apple is likely to release its system earlier than planned, probably at the end of this month (August 28). Thus, Snow Leopard will probably be available on the market much faster than its competitor - Windows 7.

Mac OS X Snow Leopard (upgrade) is available for less than 30 dollars. Also, there is family package, whose cost is less than 50 dollars. The family package allows you to install the system on five machines.
